If you are in danger right now, call 999 or 112.
This website is not a 24-hour emergency service. We read messages during working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Kenya time).
If someone is hurting you, threatening you, or controlling you, it is not your fault. You deserve to be safe, and so do your children. Grace House Kenya can help you think through your options, find a safe place to stay, and take the next step when you are ready.
You do not need to be a Christian to receive help. You do not need money.
Email: benard@gracehousekenya.org or hellen@gracehousekenya.org
When: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Kenya time)
Messages sent after hours are answered as quickly as possible.
When you message us, tell us whether it is safe for us to call you back or whether we should only send a message.
We do not publish the location of our safe house. This protects every woman staying with us. When you are ready, we will arrange a safe way to meet.
If you are not ready to leave, or cannot leave yet, a plan can help you stay safer.
